Talent funded LLC provides educational skill-assessment and simulated evaluation services. All accounts are demo accounts with virtual simulated capital. No real market orders are placed through the evaluation account.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during signup, support, and verification.
• Follow all published account rules and platform conditions.
• Use the service only where lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Protect your login details and avoid account sharing.

IP address, device and account ownership rules

• The account may only be operated by the verified account owner. Credential sharing, third-party trading, account rental, or unauthorized account management is prohibited.
• Normal IP changes caused by home internet, mobile data, ISP changes, Wi-Fi changes, or legitimate travel are not automatically violations.
• Talent funded LLC may review unusual access patterns, including suspicious location changes, deliberate location concealment, VPN or proxy abuse, multiple unrelated users operating through the same device or CID, or other activity suggesting account sharing or third-party control.
• Device and CID information may be used as security and account-ownership signals. A normal device replacement, personal secondary device, or travel device is not automatically a breach.
• Where activity is unusual, Talent funded LLC may request additional identity, location, device, or ownership verification. Confirmed credential sharing, third-party trading, prohibited account management, fraud, or deliberate evasion of account-security controls may result in restriction, suspension, or account closure.

Account rules

Instant and Standard accounts may include drawdown limits, minimum trading days, profit targets, inactivity rules, platform rules, and payout review conditions. Breaching rules may result in account closure or loss of eligibility.

Payments and rewards

Fees are paid for access to simulated evaluation services. Rewards, if any, are discretionary and performance-based within the simulated environment. They are not guaranteed investment returns or real-market profits.

Limitations

The website and services are provided as is. Talent funded LLC is not liable for losses, decisions, or actions taken in reliance on website content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to terms

Talent funded LLC may update these terms, website content, pricing, account rules, and policies from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
